CR Kennedy (NZ) Ltd has announced that they are now the official distributor of Profoto — The Light Shaping Company in New Zealand.
Greg Webb, CR Kennedy NZ Ltd’s Profoto product manager, will handle the range. Webb is looking forward to the challenge that distributing Profoto will bring, saying, “Profoto will be an asset to [CR Kennedy NZ’s] portfolio of brands with all the unique qualities it brings.”
Profoto was founded in 1968 by photographer and engineer Eckhard Heine with photography equipment retailer Conny Dufgran. Nowadays, Profoto products are used by the best in the industry, all around the world. CR Kennedy says that Profoto is the most-rented flash-lighting brand globally with an enviable reputation for reliability and colour fidelity. Their products are continuously developed and refined, culminating in product developments such as the recent off-camera flash system, which is equipment that has been described as a game-changer in the industry.
CR Kennedy NZ Ltd and Profoto will be operating through Profoto authorized dealers, which are soon to be announced.
