For wide-angle masterpieces

An ideal lens for architecture and landscape photographers, this ultra-wide-angle zoom is designed for full-frame, 50-plus-megapixel cameras. It achieves outstanding high-resolution imagery via its three fluorite low-dispersion (LD), three special-low-dispersion (SLD), and three aspherical elements, and single large-diameter aspherical element, minimizing chromatic aberration. Its constant f/2.8 aperture makes it great for shooting in low-light environments, and the dust- and splash-proof construction and weather-sealed bayonet mount mean that leaving the comfort of the studio is no issue. And, as ever, Sigma is keeping up with the game, with the option of converting to a round hood, catering for the growing popularity of multi-camera virtual-reality (VR) videography. Priced at $1999.
