Photojournalists with a project in mind — here’s your chance to get that necessary funding behind you.

The annual Getty Images Grants for Editorial Photography programme is back for its 2015 round with the goal of helping to cultivate and manage your world-class photography project. by providing the resources necessary to capture and tell social, political, and cultural stories.

Five grants of $10,000 each are on offer and it’s simple to submit your work. All you need to provide is a 500-word summary of the project, a short personal bio, and a selection of 20–25 images.

This year’s judging panel features photographer Lynsey Addario; Jon Jones(Director of Photography at The Sunday Times magazine);  Der Spiegel‘s International Director of Photography, Matthias Krug; Director of Photography at Paris Match Romain Lacroix; and Jean Francois LeRoy, director general of Visa Pour L’Image. The panel will go through all of the submissions and select the grant recipients.
