PhotoForum needs your input

One of New Zealand’s most vital photography institutions is looking to reinvent its web presence and wants to hear from the photographic community as to what the reinvigorated site should be.
With their focus as a non-profit organization on promoting photography as a way to communicate and express, PhotoForum is currently revitalizing their website to make it an engaging and dynamic site that photographers, as well as the wider arts community, will find worthwhile visiting regularly.

But they’re not just going on what they think you’ll want, they’re asking you what you want to make sure you get it.

PhotoForum has created a survey for interested parties to complete that will look into how you the website is used and what can be done to make it better.

The survey can be accessed here and everyone who completes it will be in the draw to win a year’s free membership of PhotoForum.

The official deadline for responses is Thursday, February 5, 2015, but we have it on good word if you get in a tad late you’ll still be in with a grin.

And while we’re on PhotoForum news, Wellington’s City Gallery will be showing a massive exhibition covering the organisation’s four decades of boundary-pushing photography titled History in the Taking: 40 Years of PhotoForum, beginning 14 March. Those who sampled the show in last year’s Auckland Festival of Photography already know it’s not to be missed.
