Every Body is a Treasure

Through body-positive imagery and social activism, prominent creative photographer Mandi Lynn is fighting mainstream media and aiming to change the way women see themselves, for the better.

In D-Photo in issue 89 we talk to Mandi about the various projects she’s been involved in, including nationwide mother and daughter workshops, transforming women into golden shield maidens (see the video below), directing a documentary film, as well as after-school courses — all with the shared goal of helping women and girls find their strength and self-confidence.
